Fire My Mortgage® – Legal, Privacy & Terms of Service Notice

By purchasing and enrolling in Fire My Mortgage® (FMM) coaching, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Educational Purpose Only

Fire My Mortgage® provides coaching, education, and tools — not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. For personalized guidance, consult a licensed professional. FMM is an educational organization and does not act as a financial advisor, lender, or fiduciary.

2. Results Vary / No Guarantee

All strategies and projections are based on the information you provide. Actual outcomes depend on your follow-through, financial circumstances, and market conditions. FMM makes no guarantees regarding specific debt payoff timelines, savings amounts, or investment performance.

3. Limitation of Liability

Fire My Mortgage® and its representatives are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your use of our materials, coaching, or tools. You acknowledge that you act on your own judgment and responsibility. In no event shall Fire My Mortgage®’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for coaching services.

4. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own financial decisions and actions. Please avoid making major financial changes (such as new loans, job changes, or large purchases) during your initial setup unless discussed with your coach.

5. Privacy & Data Handling

Your personal and financial information is kept confidential and used only to deliver your coaching and support. We maintain commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting our support team.
Data is never shared without your permission, except as required by law.

6. Use of Testimonials & Media

You grant Fire My Mortgage® permission to use non-identifying information or testimonials for training or marketing purposes. Any personally identifying details will be removed unless you provide explicit written consent.

7. No Refunds

Coaching fees are paid upfront and non-refundable, as this is a fee-for-service program.

8. No Endorsement

Fire My Mortgage® is not affiliated with any bank or lender and does not receive compensation from third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Nebraska under applicable laws. Each party bears its own costs. You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class or collective action.

10. Entire Agreement

This notice, along with your coaching agreement, forms the full understanding between you and Fire My Mortgage®. Any changes must be made in writing.
